We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

• The delivery address has been verified;
• Payment has been approved and received.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping can take 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

All international orders are processed within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation shipping email with your parcels tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT SEND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.

International delivery costs are set at a flat rate of 90 dhs, if you require express postage please contact our customer service team at info@samanththelabel.com for a shipping estimate.

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country.

They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Please note; to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention..
